How to Build Town Pages That Actually Generate Leads
A practical guide to building [Service] in [Town] landing pages for landscaping companies, with real results and step-by-step tips.
We built dedicated "town pages" for a client. The format is simple: [Service] in [Town].
- Landscape Design in La Jolla, CA
- Hardscaping Services in Vancouver, WA
- Landscape Maintenance in Coral Gables, FL
Results in season 1
- 4 leads came specifically from these pages. It was the first page they saw on the site, and they converted right there.
- Many more viewed the pages along their journey.
- $40K–$80K in pipeline.
- A $25K project is underway (booked revenue).
We didn't pay for ads to these pages and didn't do anything else with them. More leads are expected once we do.
Tips for building your own
- Dedicate each page to one town and one service.
- Make it personable, local.
- Include local street names (where you have clients).
- Write a personal tie-in to the town ("we've been here since 2007," "I coach Little League here").
- Include a testimonial from someone in that town.
- Embed a form on the page. Don't let people leave without a way to get in touch.
